LabHunters is the registered auxiliary business name and market-facing brand of SoftProg Oy, a Finnish high-tech company established in 1989 and based in Turku, Finland. Under the LabHunters name, we develop and manufacture specialized laboratory instruments, automation solutions, and technology components for life science, research, and laboratory applications.

With roots dating back to 1989, our company combines decades of hands-on experience in laboratory instrument development with an entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach. Our expertise spans instrument design, software development, detection technologies, and the commercialization of innovative laboratory solutions.

The company's founder, Jyrki Laitinen, brings extensive experience in laboratory instrumentation, including senior R&D management positions at PerkinElmer, where he was responsible for the development of renowned microplate reader platforms such as EnVision\u00ae and EnSpire\u00ae.

Trygve Bergman contributes more than 25 years of international business management and instrument and software product development experience. During 14 years at PerkinElmer, he held product responsibility for established instrument platforms, including VICTOR\u00ae, ViewLux\u2122 , EnVision\u00ae, and EnSpire\u00ae, and contributed to their successful market introduction and commercial development.
